The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector Southwest deposits.Reporting to the Site Service Superintendent, the Supply Supervisor is responsible for providing daily leadership and ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the Deflector Warehouse store facility. This role also involves delivering essential support to key stakeholders to ensure business continuity.The position will be offered as an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton and surrounding areas.Key responsibilities of this role will include:Managing daily supply operations for the deflector mine and assigning tasks to store staff.Operate forklift within design and safety specifications.Utilise inventory and procurement systems i.e. Pronto as per company procedures.Follow SDS requirements for dangerous goods storage and handling.Liaise with suppliers regarding supply agreementsReview & write Warehouse Department ProceduresInventory Control – ANSI stock code creating, review stock MIN/MAX & slow-moving & obsolete Stock WImplement daily cyclic stocktakes Assist Accounts team with invoice enquiries Assist Superintendent with all month end reporting such as stock evaluation reports & mining stock movement reportsAttending the daily operational morning meetings with senior managementProduce reports from Pronto when requested and provide continuous training on how to use Pronto.Purchase Order expediting Review suppliers for best pricing & quality of stock items.Identify continuous warehouse maintenance of main store & yard improvementsEnsure all delivery vehicles are unloaded in a safe manner and all team members are appropriately ticketed and experienced in the safe operation of mobile equipment.About YouMinimum of 4 years’ experience in Supply supervisory position within the mining environment. Previous experience in coordinating reorder processes, conducting regular stock takes, processing receipts, and maintaining master data integrity.Managing rotable spare parts processes, addressing inventory obsolescence, and valuing floor stock.WHS for Statutory Supervisor Training/Qualification (Schedule 26).Working knowledge of the processes and procedures related to warehouse compliance. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Citect, PRONTO and Chemalert. About You
